Paid Internships

Internship to Career

Opening doors to meaningful career exploration and employment through paid internship opportunities for transition-aged youth with disabilities.

The Internship to Career program offers transition-aged youth (14-21) with disabilities access to a meaningful paid internship that builds work experience and leads to the strengthening and development of skills relevant to their careers. Skills Trainers provide participants with pre-internship and post-internship workshops that explore topics such as professionalism, interview preparation, career trends in New Jersey, disability-specific legislation, and more.
