Warren Hills Transition Resource Fair
Do you have a high school student with an intellectual or developmental disability who will need support after graduation? Caregivers of New Jersey is a DDD-approved Support Coordination provider, and we're here to guide your family through this important transition.
At this event, you'll learn how to access DDD services after graduation, what Support Coordination looks like, and how our team works with families to help students move forward with confidence.
You'll also meet local providers and learn about services and resources available as your student enters adult services.
Families from surrounding counties are welcome. This event will also be promoted to families in Hunterdon, Sussex, and Somerset Counties.
