Aidan is an EmployAbility participant with a smile that lights up every room he enters! He completed his associate’s degree in Sport Management, has a passion for baseball and was looking to begin his career in the sports world, with the dream of working for his favorite baseball team, The New York Yankees. Aidan was placed in an internship at The Princeton National Rowing Association and loved learning about event management and rowing, both of which were new areas for him. Upon conclusion of his internship, Aidan was ready to find a permanent position in the sports industry.
With the mind of an athlete and the heart of a champion, Aidan filled out quite a few job applications and took part in a handful of interviews. He ultimately had the opportunity to apply for his dream job and after completing several rounds of interviews he landed a position as a Guest Ambassador for The New York Yankees!
