Arizona is ready for the beach in a whole new way this summer.
Through the New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF) Children’s System of Care and Family Resource Network’s Assistive Technology and Home and Vehicle Modification (AT/HVM) program, she now has an accessible beach wheelchair. One that gets her onto the sand, down to the water, and right into all the fun.
That’s what AT/HVM is about. Removing barriers so kids can take part in life more fully.
Arizona, we can’t wait to see you make your way from the sand to the surf this August at Autism Beach Bash in Belmar.
