Who is FRN?

At the Family Resource Network (FRN), we believe empowerment begins with access—access to the right tools, the right people, and the right support. Whether it’s finding a voice, building independence, or creating lasting connections, our mission is to walk alongside individuals with disabilities and their families through every step of their journey.

FRN brings together the strength of three focused affiliates—Autism Family Services of New Jersey, Caregivers of New Jersey, and Epilepsy Services of New Jersey—to provide personalized, human-centric support to thousands of individuals across the state.

Together, our affiliates deliver over 30 statewide programs focused on autism, epilepsy, caregiving, and beyond. From helping a teen land their first job, to supporting a parent navigating complex care systems, to training communities in seizure recognition and response—our work is about building confidence, independence, and opportunity.
