FRN’s Support Services provide individuals with disabilities and families of children with disabilities to get the support they need to lead a full and happy life.
FRN’s employment and transition programs support youth and adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities through mentorship, education, and employment in order to become integrated, productive members of their communities.
FRN’s public health department aims to address the social determinants of health that impact individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and chronic conditions.
The Family Resource Network provides engaging educational opportunities for professionals, families, and individuals across New Jersey. Our programs are offered both virtually and in person and cover a wide range of topics, including epilepsy, autism, caregiving, transition planning, and IEP development.
As we wrap up 2025, we are stepping into 2026 feeling proud, grateful, and inspired by everything we achieved together.
This year brought tremendous growth and life-changing support for families across New Jersey.
We cannot wait to keep building on this momentum in 2026. Thank you for standing with us.

When our community gives, families gain the support they need.
Every day, more families reach out for help, often with fewer places to turn. Our work fills critical gaps in care, education, and community for people living with autism, epilepsy, and developmental disabilities. With your support, we can continue to provide programs that build independence and community inclusion through personalized support coordination, seizure education, and caregiver advocacy.
Family Resource Network and our affiliates work together to meet families where they are, across every stage of life and every challenge they face.
Share the gift of family. Share the gift of support.
One Mission. Three Affiliates. Infinite Impact.

What Is a Transition Resource Fair?
A transition resource fair is an important opportunity for high school students with intellectual or developmental disabilities and their families as they prepare for life after graduation. These events bring together people, programs, and information that help clarify and make the shift into adult life more manageable.
At a transition fair, attendees can learn about the move from school-based services to the Division of Developmental Disabilities, understand what Support Coordination looks like, and meet local provider agencies that offer employment, community inclusion, recreation, and other essential supports. It is a chance to ask questions, build connections, and discover the resources that help students take their next steps with confidence.
Our next Transition Resource Fair will take place in Warren County on Saturday, March 28th, 2026, from 10 am to 1 pm at North Warren Regional High School. Families will have the opportunity to meet local providers, learn about DDD eligibility, and see how Caregivers of New Jersey can support them through the transition process.

The spirit of the season often shows up in small, meaningful moments worth celebrating.
This beautiful voice belongs to Jodi DiPiazza, a participant in Caregivers of New Jersey’s Support Coordination program, who recently released her first original song, The First Christmas Day, now available on streaming platforms. With the support of her family and Support Coordinator, Miholly, this moment reflects creativity, growth, and the encouragement that helps people step into what’s possible.
This holiday season, Family Resource Network and our affiliates are grateful to walk alongside individuals and families as they pursue their goals and celebrate milestones big and small.
Wishing you a peaceful holiday season and a hopeful New Year.
