Whether you are caring for an aging loved one, an individual with disabilities, or someone living with dementia, these programs are designed to provide relief, guidance, and community.
Statewide Respite & Caregiver Support Programs
This program provides support to families and other caregivers in meeting the demands of caregiving for elderly or disabled individuals. Funded through the New Jersey Department of Human Services, it offers services designed to reduce stress and improve the quality of life for caregivers.

Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving (JACC)
JACC is a state-funded program offering in-home and community-based services for individuals age 60+ who meet nursing home level of care but wish to remain at home. The program strengthens caregiver support networks while promoting independence and dignity.

Compassionate Companions Support Group
Hosted by the Egg Harbor Township Mayor’s Wellness Campaign in partnership with Earth Angels for Dementia, this group supports caregivers of individuals living with dementia.
When: 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month

Atlantic County Caregiver Support Group
When: 3rd Wednesday of every month
