DESCRIPTION:Join us for Epilepsy Services of New Jersey’s 50th Annual Golf Classic — a premier day of golf at the renowned Upper Montclair Country Club. Enjoy 18 holes on a championship course\, followed by a cocktail hour\, silent auction\, and dinner celebration. \nAll proceeds raised during this event will enable people living with epilepsy and other disabilities to participate in our programs and services. These programs include education and awareness through community impact boards\, advocacy programs\, webinars and specialized seizure first aid training. \nEach year\, for the past 30 years\, the ESNJ Golf Classic has provided opportunities to raise funds to provide support for ESNJ’s Camp NOVA. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCamp NOVA Changes Lives – And So Can You\n\n\n\n\nIn 1988\, Epilepsy Services of New Jersey (formerly The Epilepsy Foundation of New Jersey) launched Camp NOVA! For more than 30 years\, Camp NOVA has provided an exciting and independent camping experience in an environment filled with fun experiences and memories that last a lifetime. \nCamp NOVA’s goal has always been to create a wonderful opportunity for children and young adults living with epilepsy and other developmental disabilities to enjoy summer camp. Each summer\, campers enjoy a week of traditional camp activities such as\, swimming in the lake\, boating\, fishing\, zip lining\, arts and crafts\, yoga\, dancing\, acting\, and of course s’mores at the evening campfire. \nAt the ESNJ Annual Golf Classic\, we welcome Camp NOVA campers and families living with epilepsy to join us and to share their experiences from camp.
