The goal of The Family Resource Network is to help the people we support personalize their options to achieve the lifestyle that best fits them. Rather than choosing from a menu of services, FRN will work with you to find or create a service based on your specific needs.
FRN offers a variety of support service options through FRN and its affiliates. Individuals may purchase these services with their Self-Directed budget or as an out-of-pocket expense. These services provide a starting point for creating supports that meet your needs.
FRN is a DDD qualified provider. For more information on any of these services, or to speak with someone please call (800) 376-2345 or email FRN@familyresourcenetwork.org.
FRN offers Behavioral Services include training workshops for parents/families and professionals, evaluations, assessments, design of ethical and effective intervention plans consistent with the dimensions of Applied Behavioral Analysis. Training for the implementation of plans is also offered. All services are under the supervision of a BCBA.
Many families choose to use the Pro Se process for obtaining guardianship of a family member with a disability that is 18 or approaching the age of 18. Some will find the process somewhat overwhelming. FRN hopes that by utilizing FRN Guardianship Services the process will seem manageable and understandable. Information sessions provided to review all the options/alternatives to guardianship that may be available. No eligibility requirement, person in need of guardianship will be 18 years old.
