Educational Opportunities
The Family Resource Network offers a variety of educational opportunities for both professionals and families. Our trainings and education programs are offered virtually and in person. Topics include epilepsy, autism, transition, IEP development, and caregiving, to name a few.
Autism Scholarship Program
We will be offering $1,000 scholarships to New Jersey high school seniors with Autism who plan to further their education. Academic achievement and participation in activities will be considered. The extent of a student’s disability(s) will be taken into account as well, so that s/he need not be near the top of her/his class to qualify. Final awards will be made by Autism Family Services of New Jersey, which reserves the right not to make any awards. Application Friday, April 26, 2024.

Blind and Visually Impaired Scholarship Program

Epilepsy Public and Professional Presentations
Training and in-services on the medical, educational and social impact of epilepsy available to any interested organizations. Specialized training available for: school nurses, school personnel, students, seniors, first responders, and law enforcement.

KIDZ Connect
KIDZ Connect Training helps school-age children with intellectual & developmental disabilities successfully integrate with their peers in existing after school programs by providing free training to after school staff.
