Behavior Analyst

This position will be directly responsible for training, evaluating participants, designing and overseeing the implementation of teaching programs and behavior plans, interfacing with related agencies, developing necessary forms and tools and maximizing funding sources. Responsible for coordinating services with community agencies, compiling payroll, and preparing monthly reports.

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • 2 + years experience working with people with disabilities, preferably for a non-profit agency
  • Master’s Degree with an emphasis in Psychology and or Special Education

Kidz Korner Program Leader

The After School Program Leader takes the lead onsite at after school programs to ensure safe, appropriate, after school services. Oversees program staff, activities, supplies and schedules; Plans and organizes group activities; Completes and submits attendance records, staff time sheets and monthly program reports.

The Program Leader must be a teacher

  • Employee Part Time
  • Bachelors in Special Education or related field required
  • Supervisory experience desired.
  • Minimum of two years experience in working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities. Related course work or experience with children with challenging behaviors a plus.

Family Support Coordinator

The Coordinator shall develop, maintain, and expand services which support the needs of families/individuals/communities seeking family support services. Recruit, interview and hire direct support professionals; assist families with the same, as needed; Coordinate and facilitate training for direct support professionals. Compile and report payroll to the Accounting/Human Resource Department according to payroll deadline schedule; Prepare monthly programmatic and statistical reports.

  • Employee Full Time
  • Bachelors degree from accredited university or institution in the social/human services field.
  • Two or more years of experience working with people with disabilities, preferably with administrative/program development experience

Direct Care Positions

Adults with disabilities need assistance in Middletown/Red Bank, Toms River, Somerset, Manville, East Orange, Mendham & Pompton Plains. Must drive personal vehicle. Hours vary. Experience working with people with disabilities a plus.
